01Who we are

seoworx is the trading name of GFKD L.P. (ΑΦΜ 803313269, ΓΕΜΗ 194380401000), Ermou 18, Athens 105 63, Greece. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

02What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email address and message, plus your phone number, website and the service you’re interested in if you choose to give them.
• When you work with us: contact and billing details, and the information needed to deliver the project, such as access to your analytics or Search Console accounts.
• When you browse the site: if you accept analytics cookies, how you use the site (pages viewed, time on page, device and approximate location). Our host also keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

We don’t collect special category data (such as health or political views), and the site isn’t aimed at children.

03How we use it, and why we’re allowed to

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal: steps you’ve asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages.
• Delivering our services: to perform our contract with you.
• Invoicing and accounting: to meet our legal and tax obligations.
• Understanding how the site is used: only with your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• Keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our visitors.

We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

04Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• our website host and domain provider
• our email and file storage providers
• analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), only if you accept analytics cookies
• our accountant, for invoicing and tax

We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with tax authorities.

05Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Google and Microsoft, may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

06How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t lead to a project: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client and invoicing records: for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data
• correct anything that’s wrong
• delete your data
• limit or object to how we use it
• send your data to you or another company in a common format
• withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn’t affect anything done before)

08Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies only run if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and what it does.

09How we protect it

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), strong passwords with two-factor sign-in, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever puts your data at risk, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first at fetch@seoworx.gr. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

11Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. This version was last updated on 6 November 2026.
